This looks to be another great issue. Wipeout 2097 is a great game. I own it on Playstation, Windows and Amiga (though I've never been able to play the latter and the Windows version runs too fast on modern PCs). I'm also looking forward to the Trantor feature - the Amstrad definitely has the best version (better than the ST).

Shame about the Easy Right! circle wotsit. My eyes are drawn to it every time.

It does look completely out of place. I actually thought it was Darran when I saw a smaller image on my phone

It's uncanny. Darran and Mike Dailly could be cousins.

Has the Mega-CD feature been delayed?

Indeed it has. It's a piece on sega's 2 add-ones and whether it was the right move for the company.

I thoroughly enjoyed playing both the Mega-CD and 32X(My only way of playing Doom then) and still have them to this day. They may have not caught the attention but the tech, design and that they both work together too is genius and still boggles the mind. Mega-CD was the first CD player in my house growing up so running a CD game and playing music albums via Mega Drive was exciting stuff. Sega managed to get CD tech and to some extent 32 bit hardware into homes of the general public which was good for us but perhaps not for the company in the long run.

Well buggrit, its not going to arrive before I go on holiday, just what I would have needed for a 17 hour flight too.

Its officially out tomorrow (Thurs) so surely us subscribers should get it today. Remember in the old days when you got it about 5 or so days before it came out properly !
