Kaboom - When you get "in the zone", on the fast levels, it's the best experience on the 2600 for me.

Definitely Pitfall.
Spent hours playing it... Oh wait I've never actually played Pitfall, it was Cuthbert in the Jungle on the Dragon 32 at my friends house.
Complete rip off of Pitfall, but played well.

Ghostbusters on the mighty C64, still play it with relish after 28 years. The game responsible for making me fall in love with videogames. Mr. David Crane, feel guilty about this.

Pitfall and Ghostbusters are definitely in my top list from Activision but I really liked Chopper Command and Spider Fighter. Many hours/days spent playing those.

From classic Activision games, for me it was The Tracer Sanction on PC/C64. A graphic adventure set in outerspace with a zany plot - it was brilliant fun. The PC version was thought to be lost for about ten years until Home of the Underdogs recovered it.

probably the hardest question in terms of picking just one title, Activision were without doubt the strongest most consistent developer for the 2600.

I love Grand Prix, River Raid, H.E.R.O, Seaquest, Spider Fighter, Megamania etc etc-but it would have to be Pitfall II, just to show how far in advance of all other developers Activision were.

Keystone Kapers. That shopping trolley still haunts me today. The toy plane hitting your copper smack in the forehead is annoying too but also very funny.

Only got introduced to Keystone Kapers earlier this year, but can't get enough of it - it's impossible to play that game without laughing

Pastfinder.

Very underrated game which i played so much it knackered out my joystick and myself, so yes it's very much loved by me!

Battle chess (dos) from 1989. was ground breaking back then, especially when you consider the attack sequences were different for every combination of pieces

Has to be 'Keystone Capers' simply because I remember have such a blast with it and it's one of my earliest gaming memories.

Hmmm, choices, choices... I'm caught between two here. Alter Ego was a staggeringly progressive piece of software, and the sort of thing inherent of the "publish anything" mid 80s. If you can call it a game though. Otherwise Spindizzy... apparently easy to play, and joystick breakingly hard to complete...

Battle Chess was the first title Interplay developed and published on its own, after severing ties with EA. Didn't think Activision had anything to do with it...
