Was there ever a starflight Making of in RG?

I checked feature spreadsheet but not sure how up to date it is. Can any recall if there was ever a feature on starflight series?

I can categorically state there hasn't................. well i'm 99% sure. They don't seem interested in it. I've asked for one for ages now and been ignored, even written to the letters page and been ignored. It's one of the key influential space rpg games and considering when it was first made (1986) it is an amazingly big open-world experience that more people should be aware of. Used to play it all the time on my Amstrad PC

Also, they've even interviewed one of the guys on the dev team for it a couple of times in the past. There's been a few mentions of Starflight dotted here and there within other articles but never a full article specifically on the game

Surprising somewhat as it is definately one of the ground breaking titles. On the upside, maybe its something to look forward to (finger's crossed). How about it Darran / Craig?

Searched our guide http://www.parkproductions.co.uk/area/m ... ogamer.htm and there does not seem to be any dedicated feature for Starflight.

Yes. I played the Amiga version and would like to read about its PC start with any changes were needed for it's port to Amiga & ST.

I'd be interested in reading more on Starflight - remember the first time I played the Mega Drive version. I was expecting a shooter, but I had a man in a spacesuit walking around. Stuck with it for a bit and suddenly it was three hours later...

Yep, a deep deep game. Weeks and weeks of play from a game made in the mid 80s. The game universe just seemed so *alive*

Barely, maybe a sentence or two. There was a tiny little section in the recent article on Electronic Arts I believe. And, oh look, yet another question & answer session with Greg Johnson this month. Another missed opportunity to have asked some Starflight questions and do a feature

And yet *another* interview with Greg Johnson this latest issue! Surely someone can think of asking him about one of the quintessential games ever made in the space-rpg genre?!
