Going to have to be Sensible World of Soccer. I found it so bloody addicting. Lead to many late nights.

Sensible World of Soccer and Cannon Fodder, pure gold!
I loved Beneath a Steel sky as well.

Tough one for sure. SWOS probably got the most play at the time of release, but looking back I think Apidya has grown into possibly my favourite. Although there's far too many great games to have a definitive 'one'.

Would have to say Stunt car racer for it's sheer fun. There was a few others but I had them on Megadrive as well, so that stands out for me.

Geoff Crammonds F1 Grand Prix - a system defining game truly the work of a genius

Sensible Soccer - It was a revelation after the awful ping pong of a game Kick off

Heimdall - What can I say I love Norse mythology, a superb game

Flashback - Simply stunning

Cannon Fodder - sublime, not may games you can play with a smile on your face

Speedball 2 - Ice Cream nuff said sublime

Robo Cop 3 - simply blew me away at the time

North & South - me and my brother spent many an hour battling it out on this superb multiplayer game

Thinking back the Amiga was a truly superb gaming computer

Colonization for me, Civ with extra micromanagement of settlements? It was the start of my love for turn based strategy after missing most of the pioneers.

After that... The old Sensible Soccer demo disk with the ball replaced by a hand grenade!

A tough choice between Switchblade II and Turrican II. T2 has an amazing atmosphere and soundtrack beyond the excellent mix of platforming and shooting. Switchblade II has always been a firm favourite of mine since I got an Amiga back in the day thanks to the awesome weapons and top notch action.

Ummmm...

Take your pick from Kick Off 2, Player Manager, SWOS, Pinball Dreams and F1GP... in fact, I could spend a whole weekend now doing nothing but playing those four titles.

But, if I'm forced to pick just the one, F1GP - it changed racing games forever and generated amazing tension, as I played a full length race and led into the final lap... the concerntration, the determination not to make a mistake.... Priceless.

Cannon Fodder, no doubt. A game that is still as fun to play as ever. F**k Monkey Island, Elite and bloody Shadow of the beast and all the other overrated cliche answers.
