Re: The Missing Retro Gamer features
Not sure if this has already been mentioned in this thread (27 pages - TL;DR), but I'd like to see a feature on the worst games machines / consoles. Apple Pippin, The ActionMAX VHS etc

Re: The Missing Retro Gamer features
I'd like to see a review/test/whatnot two-page spread like you just did on the Competition Pro for the "Arcade Professional" by Emax Computing as can be seen here
if the FEKKIN forum would allow me to!
That is the only picture I have found on the net AFAIR.
Never saw any review of it back in the day so perhaps you could do one?

Re: The Missing Retro Gamer features
Was looking online at a few stores of 'modern retro' gear and thought a good idea would be a feature/review feature on some of the 'retro handhelds' around, the ones that feature many games built in as standard (Usually NES).
There was a wee feature many years ago with the 'plug n play' TV games, I reckon a feature with the cheap handhelds could be popular. I'd like to know which of these machines could be worth picking up for some cheap and good value

Has there ever been a feature on Shadowman/The making of Shadowman? Love the game, love the soundtrack...and I'd be keen to see this. The N64 version was top notch, especially with the pepped up memory pack graphics, didn't play the PS version but heard good things about that too

GamesTM issue 172 had an article about Shadowman.
Ken sent me.

Thanks so much!

No problem, there's also a bit about it in the feature I wrote on acclaim back in issue [insert issue number here]

Great wee feature, I've saved it to read a couple of times

I saw someone mention that the 30th anniversary was yesterday: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_IIGS

Love the magazine, and by far the only print publication worth picking up these days, but would love to see more articles on the Atari Lynx and Atari ST! I can't be the only one who thinks the Amiga and its games get far more love than it's MIDI port wearing cousin? Love to see an in-depth article on the ST demo scene.

Re: The Missing Retro Gamer features
I would love to see an article on the game Spy vs Spy 1 and 2. I loved these games on the C64 and played them all the time. 2 player mode was fantastic!
A feature of these including the company releasing and the coders, artists and where they are now etc.

With the merger of Imagine and Future, could you do an article on publishing houses old and new and computer/game magazines through the times?
I remember having 20 or more different titles on the shelves of my local newsagent, but nowadays the pickings are seriously slim and droll. Where did the American and Germans mags go?

I'd love to see something on defunct magazines.NorthWay wrote:With the merger of Imagine and Future, could you do an article on publishing houses old and new and computer/game magazines through the times?

I'd also love to see a feature on Sonic The Comic, featuring interviews with the people behind it. That was a big part of my childhood.
