Oh and without being a killjoy can we keep this issue about feedback only.
If you have distribution issues still (and I really hope no one is) then please start it up in a separate thread. It will be much easier for subs to follow.
Thanks.

Looks good. I like the sound of Mapped. I've always had a fascination for game maps, when I was a chisler I'd draw my own new, massive, multipage Sonic the Hegdehog levels that would cover the room floor, and as a teenager my bedroom was partially wallpapered with a pixel-perfect world map of the first Legend of Zelda I'd made in MSPaint. So yeah, bring it!

Just back from the gym to find this waiting on the mat, what a brilliant cover!! easily one of the best ever.

Isometric Evolution
Streets Of Rage
Turbo Outrun
Mikro-Gen
Civilization 2

all look brilliant, can't wait to read them. Even LAP making an unwelcome return can't spoil this issue (although Diddy Kong Racing next month has filled me with dread, surely Mario Kart, Micro Machines etc would have been better?)

The only other problem is that due to the delays I only got the last issue about 10 days ago and haven't finished that yet, but this issue is so strong will have to start reading straight away.

Yep its turned up ! Love the cover.Quick flick through....

Funny the picture of Tim Skelly years back on Page 14 doing a 'David Brent' pose on top of the arcade machines.

Good to see the Speccy chart back in back to the 80's ;)

The isometic games article looks great, really like the map of Ant Attack, be nice to see a few more of these in the future. Again these maps bring back some great nostalgic memories from Crash/Zzap back in the day when you were over the moon when they had a map for your favourite game.

Glad to see a making of Zub, very underated game.

More 80's goodness, feature on Mikro-Gen. History of Streets of Rage looks interesting. Glad to see the arcade version of Turbo Out-Run get a look. Not a fan of the obscure machines but i'm sure many are.

Another 8 bit classic - Druid has a making of, good stuff !

Arrgh ! A piece of card between pages 66 and 67 which i wont be able to rip out easily about a subscription ! Pain !!! Noooooo ! Big 2 page screenshot of Jetpac, niceeeee.

Changing worlds about the Freescape games and similar, not bad. Not a huge fan of lets all play but a decent game they've chosen. Always love the unconverted.

Now a big piece on Stargliderm great game for its time. Another Speccy classic, big 2 screen shot of 3d Deathchase.

I'm now interested in the ipod game reviews, plus Homebrew is great this month, superb mark for two Speccy games.

The preview for next months issue looks to be a good un as well - Shadow of the Beast, JSW II, Duke Nukem, N64 etc.

For me this ones a great issue, looking forward to having a proper read later

Gawd, i haven't finished the last issues yet either. This issue loks like the Retro gamer mag i used to buy. You've really gone back to simple and eye catching.

I like the idea of mapped and as you mentioned in your video,
I would love to see pics of the magazine covers that never made it. :D

Cracking review of Ghost castle 2, :D

Just wanna big up CodenameV, he really puts up with a lot working with me *ahem* (not bad for his second full game)

Thanks to Mister beep for an excellent tune, helped to give it that '80's feel

and for the support and comments from the WoS forums, that helped us to tweak it to get it 'just right'

finally thanks to Mr Kelk for the review, those last couple of paragraphs brought a huge smile to my face (what a compliment  )

right time to get on with the next game...
