Yep still no issue here.... most unusual nowNemesis wrote:I'm with you Ip, no RG yet which is unusual. WH Smiths have had it for a couple of days now.ipmarks wrote:Have phoned subs as suggested. No lapse in my subscription. Issue has been dispatched. The lady said that quite a few people had been phoning up saying they had not got theirs, so she thought it must be a Royal Mail issue.

Re: Retro Gamer 84 Official Feedback Thread: The Christmas I
A *LOT* of UK mail has been delayed, almost randomly, by the weather. I sub to 2000 AD. It arrives almost like clockwork, every Saturday. Very occasionally, it shows up on Monday. This week, it arrived today (i.e. four days later than the latest it usually arrives, and nearly a week later than average). I'll bet many RGs are still working their way through the system.

I wasn't commenting to blame anyone, just to say I hadn't got it. I'm quite sure it's just lost in the snowy system somewhere. Although to be fair two other magazine subscriptions have arrived on time, and I haven't noticed any other postal problems.CraigGrannell wrote:A *LOT* of UK mail has been delayed, almost randomly, by the weather. Just thought it worth commenting that I had phoned subs as Darran suggested.

I am _so_ getting Putty Squad for my PS3! Erm, yes, that was the first article I read in the mag.

I'm still waiting for my issue too. All the other post which I am waiting for has arrived and hasn't been affected too badly so it must be something about RG. Maybe they are all huddled together somewhere for warmth...

Got my issue a couple of days ago, some good features in there. Certainly more variety than in some other recent issues so a thumbs up from me.

my only thought so far:r3play deserved more than 2 pages!

Maybe but then you'd get some smart git moaning because the additional two pages on something they didn't go to meant that they had two pages less on something they were interested in.subzero wrote:my only thought so far:r3play deserved more than 2 pages!

Still nothing, think I will give in and buy the magazine from Smiths, if my copy ever arrives then I'll donate it to somebody who wants it for free on this forum .Will ring subs again.

Still nothing either, pains me to see it sitting there winking at me in WH Smiths.

Re: Retro Gamer 84 Official Feedback Thread: The Christmas I
Well mine finally arrived this morning. Only had a quick look at it so far but was very pleased to see MOO in there, one of my favourite games ever. Looks a good issue so I shall look forward to reading it when I get chance.

Really liked the cover! Tecmo Knight looks like an interesting game. Most of all, though, you've got me excited about a God Hand feature next month! That game is just so nails, but fun with it.
