Issue 82 delayed?

Post by Jet Pilot » Sat Oct 09, 2010 10:59 pm

Curious because apparently no one received it yet (at least no one here has posted about it) and Darran hasn't put a video up yet. It's supposed to be in shops this Thursday according to issue 81, so subs should've had it Friday or Saturday. I hope this issue isn't in another castle.

Mine's not turned up yet and was expecting it Friday or Saturday. Hopefully it will hit the mat tomorrow, it usually arrives like clockwork, very unusual for it to be late, hopefully its just because the mag was late being released or something and not something else (see below).

Not sure if this applies to mag subs copies as well. If it does then lets hope they get their act together sooner rather than later.

We've done something with the cover that's never been attempted before to celebrate 25 years of Mario. That's probably why it's taking its time.

Maybe. I think what we've done is awesome. But I'm sure some will hate it. After all look how many people complained about being damaged by the game boy cover.

You`ll never please all the people, all the time and thank godness for that.Be a rather drab world if we all agreed on everything.I`d much rather see a magazine do something fantastic, different rather than say 25+ cover variations.Very much looking forward to seeing what`s been done. Colour me very curious. :D

It's certainly not 25 different covers. I'm hoping it's going to be in work tomorrow, as I'm really excited about it.

If it was Sonic it'd have been a lot faster.

And when we finally received it we would've all been disappointed.

Who complained about the Gameboy cover? That was brilliant. Glad I wasnt around then, steam would have been coming out of my nostrils.
