As if there actually was a sequel, that's great :)

It also looks exactly as I described it, mental!

Harlequin. Great game. As tough as those sticky-toffees no-one eats. His life was certainly not like a box of chocolates, although any sequel could be a choice of Allsorts...

I always wanted a sequel to Powermonger, one that let me carry my armies onto other islands, and have the AI launch counter-attacks on islands previously won over and give me the choice to defend it personally or delegate to a general. And to tie it all together (i.e. to make it worth defending islands) I wanted a supply-chain running through them.

I wanted it so bad that I even wrote to Bullfrog many years ago telling them, sending details and diagrams. I think I may have even sent a unit chart!

In fact, thinking about it, I'd still like that now!

Cops N Robbers on C64 - everyone bags it out big time but I loved it to bits

Snatcher
The way the first game ends sets it up perfectly for a sequel following Gillian Seed and Metal Gear's adventures in Moscow.
I loved that game so much (still do) and a sequel would have ended the sga nicely.

After reading some of the posts, maybe this should be the 'discover the sequels you didn't know existsed' thread.

anyhow I vote for Kid Icarus on the nes. Both as a answer to the question and in the hope someone might point out a sequel :)

I would love to see/play these sequels:

Super Cars III - I just love the first two parts. Part III should also be in bird-view 2D!

Midnight Resistance 2 - Same as above: a 2D-sequel would be great!

Blade Runner 2 - Ok, the first part is only 9 years old, but it was a very nice adventure, IMO.

Stunt Car Racer 2 - On PS2 - would be cool!

More sequel wants:
Donkey Kong
Donkey Kong Jr
Popeye
Fort Apocalypse

Yeah, I know there are other DK named games, but they're not exactly sequels are they?
