I know of at least 10 subs who haven't received their issue as of yesterday and they are all in different parts of the UK. So doesn't seem to be a localised issue.

Hi All,

Thanks to everyone that has emailed their address, it doesn't appear to be a localised issue.

A lot of subscriber copies have arrived since my last post, if you are in the UK and your copy hasn’t arrived by Tuesday please email me carly.archer@imagine-publishing.co.uk

Thanks for your continued patience as we look into this.

I live just south of London and my copy turned up Thursday apparently (I was away), so maybe it's a slowness in getting them up north...

Hi

Is something wrong with the subscriptions recently ? Last month my copy was late, this issue is meant to be on the 8th October and it didnt come today. As a subscriber you used to get it 4 or 5 days before its out.

Last month was late, this month is late, its only recently this has happened. Could someone look into it ? Always used to get them super early

Thanks

Hi psj3809,

Thanks for your message, unfortunately we couldn't find any good reason why a handful of subs copies were arriving late last month, they were posted on time and we couldn't identify an issue relating to a certain postcode or county.

In regards to this month's issue, I have just double checked with our mailing house who have confirmed that all copies have been mailed as usual and are on there way.

So we know how many subscribers have been affected, if you are a UK subscriber who hasn't yet received issue 148; please can you send me an email to let me know your postcode? Unfortunately there are always a few that get lost in transit but we need to identify if it's more of a widespread problem and, as last month, the first thing we need to look at is whether it's a certain area that's been affected.

It would also be really helpful to know if anyone has received their copy yet.

We are doing our best to get to the bottom of this and will keep you posted.

Thanks
Carly

How come the latest issue seems to be in the shops before the subscribers get it again? Traditionally we have always got the magazine first, it's one of the perks!
