Re: Subscriptions Queries
Hi Carly,
just a quick question about my subscription, which only started this month (I think!).
Living in Ireland but still waiting on issue 121, but its been in the shop last two weeks. my subscription started on the 10th of October, so I wanted to know is issue 121 on the way? or does my sub start with 122?
thanks

Hi Garry,
Thanks for your message. Please can you private message or email me on carly.archer@imagine-publishing.co.uk and confirm your full name and address? I can then have a look at your account to double check which should be your first issue.
Thanks
Carly

Re: Subscriptions Queries
Hello,
I've been having trouble contacting customer service through the email address, retrogamer@servicehelpline.co.uk.
I tried sending 3 emails over the last 10 days, from two email accounts and I've only received the automated reply on one of them and with no follow up.
My problem is that I've not received issue #119 (Q*bert cover).
On my first email about not receiving this issue I was told by Mario Cordara that a replacement issue would be shipped out.
I waited until October 2nd (14 days) and replied that it was not received. Then Samantha Empleton said a replacement would be shipped out.
Now it's 20 days later and still nothing has been received at my address.
I've been a subscriber in the US for many years, I really don't want to have a missing issue in my collection.
I have very few problems with receiving mail so this is very worrisome.
I asked for a confirmation of where the replacement was shipped, but again, no reply.
Can you please look into this and reply back to me at spoonman@nycap.rr.com?
I'd really appreciate it.
Also, for the record, I have received the last two issues 120 and 121 on time without and problems.
I love this magazine and have now helped over 25 people sign up so far.
Thanks,
Matt

Re: Subscriptions Queries
Hi,
I'm a long-time RG subscriber, but currently I'm paying £22.50 every 6 months. I've just received an email regarding an offer of £29.99 for 12 issues - http://imagine.subscribeonline.co.uk/al ... Code=XMAS4 - (so a 33% saving on what I'm currently paying).
What's going on there? Why are long-term subscribers paying more?

Re: Subscriptions Queries
Hi,
I don't think what I'm paying works out less (does quick calculation in head). I pay £45 per year (£22.50 half yearly via Direct Debit)- how many issues does that cover? I suspect 12 or maybe 13.
