Re: Subscriptions Queries
Customer service was very good, and resolved my subscription problem too - My remaining issues have been credited back.
Looks like it was just a minor snafu.
Still haven't tried the newsstand, still using the old app.

I'm glad for you and wishlish, but I've still not had an e-mail, nor has my subscription been sorted.Grayswandir wrote:Customer service was very good, and resolved my subscription problem too - My remaining issues have been credited back.

I'll e-mail them again...

[EDIT] After e-mailing again, I decided to call them. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and my problem was swiftly resolved. I have now migrated to the new app (partly because issue 95 still didn't show up in the old one for me), and it all seems to be fine.
Re: Subscriptions Queries
Oops.
My subscription seems to have been due this month (didn't realise that! or had forgotten), the DD has just tried to go out of my bank account and failed. Been a tight month this month arggh. No doubt I'll get charged by my bank for that mistake as well. What happens now? Does another DD instruction happen?
cheers

Re: Subscriptions Queries
Anyone in the US receive issue 95 yet? I normally receive my copy a week or so after the UK subs receive theirs. It's been 3 weeks now.

Re: Subscriptions Queries
I'm in the US and have yet to receive issue #95, hopefully by Monday, otherwise will have to email the team.

Have you received your copy now or is it still AWOL?
thanks

Re: Subscriptions Queries
A fair few US people over at Digital Press were saying their copies of #95 hadn't turned up yet either, although B&N had gotten it in during the last week.
Re: Subscriptions Queries
Did the box of US-bound copies of #95 slip off the boat? Maybe they'll wash ashore in 15 years in some tropical location.

Morning all,
We are currently looking into the delivery of subscriber copies of Retro Gamer and wanted to ask you to let us know when you receive your issue every month.
We would like to track the delivery process over the next three months by sending an email (to anyone willing to assist in this project) when we dispatch their issue and for them to let us know when they receive it.
Please let me know if you would like to be included in this by either PM me your details or emailing me directly
