Hi rolan,
Please can you email all your details to
retrogamer@servicehelpline.co.uk
They'll be able to take your change of address, advise which issue it will take affect from and if there will be a price difference.
Thanks
Carly

My copy of this months issue, 143, never turned up in the post. I've just had an email reply from customer service saying no more issues are available so they'll extend my subscription by a month.
Apart from leaving me a couple of pounds out of pocket as I'll have to buy this months off the newstand at the regular price it seems pretty unusual to have no copies of the current issue available for instances of missing subscriber copies. Any chance of finding one hiding in a corner of the office somewhere?

Hi ny52,
Thanks for your message, sorry issue 143 didn't arrive.
We do order extra copies of Retro Gamer each month in case of damages and missing copies as we know a lot of our subscribers are collectors. Our Customer Service team should always double check with us first to see if we have any but it doesn't sound like they have in this case - apologies for this. I'll re-brief the team.
We do have some extra copies, please PM your name and address and I'll arrange for a copy to be sent out
Thanks
Carly

What's happened to the latest issue? Subscribers haven't had it early as I don't think people have received it yet (no threads) and its now available on newstand (normally that's when it's available to non Subscribers)

haven't had my RG issue yet (or my Games TM which usually comes on the same day as RG - which makes me think this is postal related maybe)

Hi psj3809,
Subscriber copies were all posted as normal and should be landing on doormats this week. If you are based in the UK we ask you to allow up to a week for delivery so if your copy hasn't arrived by next Tuesday do let me know. For overseas we ask you to allow an extra week.
Thanks
Carly

No worries, reckon its something to do with the distribution centre as no one else seems to have had their copies yet and we normally get it a fair few days before it hits the App or in shops.

Hi All,
Retro Gamer issue 146 subs copies were posted on Monday as normal from our mailing house with no reported issues or delays so it’s not clear why they haven’t yet arrived.
To help us understand whether this is a localised problem, if you are in the UK and haven’t yet received your copy please can you email your full name and address to
carly.archer@imagine-publishing.co.uk
I can then look into whether it appears to be a local or more widespread problem, I’ll keep you posted.
Thanks for your patience.
Carly
