Hi greenberet79,

Can you private message or email me with your name and address details please? I'll check when your first issue is due to arrive as that does seem like quite a long time!

Thanks
Carly :)

Hi, my postman must be a big Lemmings fan as I received the plastic sleeve for issue 140 with no magazine inside. Could another be sent out to me please?

I will send my name and address via email.

Hi

For the first time ever the latest issue (140) has not arrived with me. It may just have been held up with the Easter holiday but it's not looking good.
I telephoned subs yesterday and was told that an extra issue would be added to my subscription as Issue 140 was 'out of stock' and a replacement couldn't therefore be sent to me.
However, the issue is still marked as available on the main Imagine site and looks as if it can still be ordered?
I'm confused.
Can you clarify please?

But i was told on the telephone that the issue was sold out and that nothing could be done? So is it sold out or isn't it?
I'm sure you can easily find out my full details from my account settings? Which i presume you have access to?

She wont have access to any of your settings on the forum. Be far quicker just to PM your details

Message sent.
Just as bit confusing to be told on the telephone that it's OOS yet it's still available to buy in the Imagine shop?
Not a big deal. These things happen.

Still no sign of my replacement copy, I hope my postman doesn't steal that one too and all the copies are sold out in the shops...

I never received Issue 137

Post by Stevearcade » Sat May 09, 2015 4:58 pm

Hi Subscription Queries,

I've been having a sort out of my magazine filing and realised that I never received issue 137. I've double checked what the front cover looks like on the imagine website and I definitely never received this issue. Would it be possible to get another copy sent to me?

I can PM you my account details if necessary.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi!

I got both my Retro Gamer issue 142 and my gamesTM issue 161 today, but both the magazines were damaged. First time this have ever happened to me. Is it possible to get replacements?

Kind regards,
Christoffer
