Could we possibly have a Disney game feature?

I'd love to see a feature on the classic disney games of the early 90s. I'm thinking of Quackshot, Lucky Dime Caper, Castle of Illusion, Land of Illusion, World of Illusion. Exceptional games. Even Aladdin would be worth a mention in there.

Yes, no, maybe?

That would be a good idea, there are idea several older games that were quite good. The ones you mentioned for instance, and I'd definitely add Aladdin (the MD version, but the SNES one wasn't too bad in my opinion)

I loved the MD Aladdin game.

The SNES one was ok too, apart from Aladdin looking kinda anorexic.

Anyhoo - great idea, would like to see this.

I used to love some of Capcom's Disney games on the NES. Rescue Rangers and Duck Tales in particular were a cut above the usual licensed rubbish.

Great idea. This is now my new most wanted feature. Even a two-parter with the second half covering how it all went wrong over recent generations. How did it ever come to something as soulless as the Wall-E game?

You know, Aladdin had to steal his food in order to survive...

Loved Aladdin. I've even got The Lion King, as well. Its not the best, but its ample. It's f-ucking hard, too!But my fav's:

Aladdin
World Of Illusion
Caste Of Illusion
Quackshot
Duck Tales
Mickey Mania (which was as hard as french kissing a rattlesnake!!)

So, yes, a vote from me on a Disney games feature as well.

I gave a lot of time to Jungle Book on the original Game Boy. May be worth inclusion in the potential list?

Disney actually have a longer track history in games publishing than you might imagine... they did quite a few educational games for 8-bit machines in the 80s...

As in Winnie the Pooh in the Hundred Acre Wood? Had that for the C64! One of the first games I ever played :)

And theres the opportunity for a small 'box out' in the article on the Disney Sound System for the PC - Plugged into the parallel port and looked vaguely like a answer machine IIRC
