4 copies of the booklet! Wow, is that trying to make up for the missing one from 2 months ago? :D

Not too bad an issue - plenty to keep an 8-bit/16-bit computer fan happy. Sonic was ok - can't say I was excited to see him on the cover although I have no problem with it as it's probably going to shift a few extra copies!

Good issue for me. Enjoyed the Nexus article, remember my mate had one of their games, amazing box for the game but the actual game was crap

Cant believe how old Sonic is, jesus time flies

Great issue, and the Sonic booklet was really good too.

Great issue about old 8-bit games I totally forgot about: Oink! They Stole A Million! The highlight of the month for me is the Pico 8 article. Nice this fantasy console gets some coverage. I still try to create something a game or even a demo with it but once you have mastered the sprites, sounds and how to reference them, there is a steep learning curve to get everything up and running. Well, at least I enjoy the endless library of Pico 8 games.

WRT the Pico 8, I've not read the feature, but I played a great WIP of R-Type for it this week, the first two levels are in.

just got my copy of this issue too, and im absolutely loving it so far :)!!!
as a massive sonic fan i had to pick it up the second i saw it, but also i was pleasantly surprised by the pico-8 article - a lot of my friends work on mods and original games for it and i really admire it as a way to develop that style of game :))) i need to get into the habit of picking up issues of rg as they come out haha ; _ ;
let's positive thinking! ^^

Is it in the newsstands already? In my area (Herts) they still have the R-type cover one (220).
