So from a New Zealand perspective, I received 216, 218 and 219 in the space of about two weeks, but still haven't received 215 or 217 or 220 yet - utter shambles!

I am in Australia, 220 showed up today, so only 219 hasn’t made its way here yet.

Still no sign of 218, but another 214 turned up. Who knows how long thats been in transit for! So I now have multiples of 212, 213 and 214!

I will gladly take one of your extra #213 if you are interested in selling / shipping. I never received mine here in the US and don't expect it at this point.

A week later, 220 hasn't yet arrived in my part of the world - thereby proving once again that Germany is a lot futher away from the UK than Australia, I guess.

I think what really is pissing people off is the 'due to covid' excuse that is pushed out again and again. But living in New Zealand, you do have to do a lot of online orders because what you want is not available locally....and I am finding that the company and its website seem to be more 'affected by covid' than literally any other online company I deal with...

#220 (R-Type subscriber cover) arrived on June 9th in the US. Less than a month after the street date. I like the sideways cover we got.

I also had a random 214 arrive today! I am only missing 219 now.

Came home after having been away a few weeks and found #220 in my mail pile (and also EDGE #359).

My 218 arrived this week, so eventually, I’ve got all my issues.

Mauricio - yes I’d be happy to send you my spare 213..it was one I purchased at a newsagent, so it won’t have a subscriber cover.

I came home to #221 today. (I haven't been home enough to know if the cadence holds up.)

I've not kept the envelope - everything gets shredded in this house. I did check my direct debit reference but they don't recognise that - the previous DD under with Future Publishing was my subscriber number for them at the time.

To further complicate things... I looked in to my emails in case any emails from RG have the number on, they don't... but I did get an email saying that I should renew my subscription (despite being on a rolling DD for years)... and they are still taking money anyway, the last payment was on 13th May, the usual amount.

So... not sure what to do now. I have been there right from the start and don't want to give up on RG but might not have choice.
I think you have two options.

Firstly, hope the current issue or the next one arrives, and if so check for a subscriber number on the front of the paper envelope. If there is one you should be able to get your contact information added to the helpline's database by calling them and letting them know the sub number. When the helpline has your email address and other contact info on their system you should be able to get yourself registered on the mymagazine.co.uk website so you can order replacements there in the future if needed. Or they might just add Retro Gamer to your existing mymagazine.co.uk account.

Alternatively, phone your bank and cancel the direct debit you have with Future, and then set up a new subscription. At that point you'll be on the helpline's database as well as the distribution company's database, and you'll be able to register on mymagazine.co.uk and have the option to request replacements using that.

Best of luck, and let us know how you get on. :)
Ended doing as Rory suggested - cancelling the Direct Debit. There is no way I am subscribing again until something changes, will take my chances with the newsstand and if I miss some, so be it.

I think us living outside the UK will soon, actually starting tomorrow, have another obstacle. At least here, all magazines sent outside the EU must be cleared in customs from July onwards. I wonder how that works.. In a true Douglas Adams fashion -- if you think you've been shafted earlier, just wait for what we have in store for you next

How does that work? I thought it was only on entry you had to pay a tax for goods. Luckily, books and magazines are still excempt here in Norway.
