That cost will be large, as they're only thinking of making 200 available!

I'll fight you for one, lol :)

Recca Summer Carnival 92 on the Famicom:

More sprites than I've ever seen in a Famicom game before, and a crazy techno soundtrack. This one will cost upwards of £150 for a complete boxed copy!

Yes, I was really pleased when I found one of these (Yahoo Japan is brilliant for this kind of thing). Its only about 3-4 Inches tall but has a fair weight to it. Also thanks again for selling me several assorted Megaman bits that helped greatly fill in a few missing gaps in my collection. No worri...

Like witchfinder, I recommend JapanGameStock. I started out collecting Famicom games, specifically for the Rockman series, Contra series, and Mario series. Now I've got over 75 games, and I love playing most of them! Some of my highlights are: Akumajo Densetsu (Castlevania III) Splatterhouse Joy Mec...

it's all about the "mappers", i.e the chips that were added to cartridges to expand the Famicom/NES functionality. The US/PAL NES games were only allowed to use the mappers that Nintendo produced, where as Japanese developers were allowed to create and use their own mappers. Famicom games that were ...

They weren't too expensive, I think it came to about £35 before shipping.
