Glucose, caffeine, whatever. Point is that its not good at all to have an excess of these substances in the bloodstream makes you addicted and gradually weakens your insulin supplies :( Weakens your insulin supplies? Iam not an expert, but does that mean being a coffee addict etc destroys your Panc...

No 360 or Wii or PS3 here... still happy with me PS2, no plans to upgrade at all.. not impressed with what ive seen, currently concentrating on building Snes, Megadrive, Saturn and Dreamcast collections at the moment
