Re: Gunstar Heroes, Treasures best game?

They weren't a single team within Konami, they were all assigned to different projects. But yes, some of them worked on Contra 3. And Super Castlevania 4, IIRC. I love Treasure, but I do think they've made their share of tat in their time (one of their earliest efforts was a crappy McDonald's tie-i...

Most underated game of all time?

Some one in one of the variety of topics said a good way would be to have a list of games to pull the forum together and get people talking retro again. So what is the most underated game of all time? Id like to nominate Herzog Zwei (Sega Megadrive) Often overlooked ( i dont hear too many sing its p...

Re: Seems like serious gamers are being pushed out of the market

Gamestation fairs slightly better given it's less than mainstream nature. But I still find this kind of thing catching my eye more often than not. http://www.gameexpress.com/images/product/original/008888173717F.JPG While I'm being deafened by Fallout Boy, Iron Madien or some heavy rock music playi...

Re: Tea or Coffee- NO thanks!

Youre on the foes list Mr Foot, think youre another empty baiter from RP. I never tried Dr Pepper. I think you kind of grow out of the soft drinks as you get a bit older, i know i loved fanta and coke but now i could only have them in small doses. Dont actually think my waistline or body could cope...

I have some idea that if it's lesser fluid it hurts you less  Ha Ha or else if it looks all woman...

Re: Global Defence Force/ Monster Attack

Often go back to Global Defence Force myself, great game isn't it? I haven't got Monster Attack though. There's no real hard or fast rules as to what are the best levels to 'grind' on, just go for ones that you enjoy, you know you can do fairly easily and have a lot of enemies on them (especially i...

Re: Special offers! List them here!

I've been up to Asda today and picked up Wing Commander (the movie) on DVD for only £3. Ok, I've heard its a poor movie, but if like me you're building a collection of game licensed DVDs that's an excellent price. I quite like the Wing Commander film, Shot in Luxembourg/Litchenstein (i forget which...
