Both the old types of Atari joysticks where pretty good, the competition pro was ace, in fact I've still got mine and I'm sure I've got a zipstick lying around somewhere. I remember being quite into The Space Sentinels and Voltron. Those transforming robot leopards were great! I think the main problem with these types of review is some of those graphics where not designed to be blown up that big, the picture for, I think it was elevator action 2, looked terrible, not the kind of stuff you'd expect from a professional magazine.

I picked up issue 1 from smiths also but I didn't get it immediately as I'd gone off computer mags due to there being very little of interest in them, but when I bought issue 1 I read every page, as I have with every issue since.

What about National Lampoons Vacation, where chevy chase has the vaction route mapped out on their computer that his kids where playing on and then pacman shows up being controlled by his son and tries to eat his car and then a space ship shows up controlled by his daughter and shoots the pacman, I'...
