FF tactics is better on the GBA in my opinion. Here are a few greats but be warned some of them won't come cheap. Xenogears - One of the best Rpgs ever made and huge to boot. Tales Of Destiny - Another great Rpg with ALOT of mini-games Arc The Lad - I have the boxset with all the PS1 games if you li...

It's well known Gamestation can seem to be takeing the pi** when selling retro games but there are still ALOT of deals to be had. When visiting my gf's family in Ayr (last summer) I spotted an Amiga CD32 in the window for £45 complete with all cables and one joypad. Slightly cheaper than ebay aucti...

I have this PD game on the Amiga called F**k the world which shocked me (humoursley) as it's a dizzy style game where the protaginist is a D**k (duck? ) instead of an egg. Or there's worms... those poor poor sheep, such a watse (I'm from aberdeen and chances are you won't get the joke unless y...

I disagree about stability issues. Since the release of V2.0 of the firmware this has ironed out ALOT of issues. As for the divx issue, try encoding your movies right. I've had mine since november and have always been able to watch avis no hassle... like seasons 2 and 3 of monkey dust  . You ca...

I used to way back when using a combination of SUCK and AMOS PRO. I should still have them somewhere, if I find them after my move I'll post on here where to get em. I mostly do/did Point and clicks, Disk mags, Slidehshows and Stories (Using Magnetic Scrolls). I really can't wait to move so I can se...

Hear me out over golden eye, I have my reasons  .The NES was my 2nd console and although I owned segas too, this and my SNES were my all time fave consoles until near the end of the SNES. Nintendo went too kiddy (Super Mario World 2) and released the N64 which had some crap games that didn't j...

Erm dude, the original is 12 years old but the sequel didn't come out until 1997. It's a great game though and the Mystery Of The Sith expansion pack makes it even better! Jedi Acadmey (The latest in the Dark Forces Series) is a billiant sequel that I highly recommend although you're best playing it...

I don't just use mine for the internet, sometimes I network my cd32 to my a1200 to run cd apps, I still do alot of programming and alot of other stuff. A cd drive for the amiga is great as later in the A1200s life there were some great cd only games released (including ports of quake) and the more m...

I totaly disagree with what was said abut Monkey Island 3. Yes Monkey Island 4 was disapointing especially the 3D graphics (although it did have redeaming features) but I loved 3. The humour was spot on (murray is equally as cool as stan) and banjo-dueling is like the pentultimate hilly-billy massac...

Rise Of The Robots wasn't the last dire game Time Warner released for the amiga either. The A1200 version of primal rage almost had me in tears! I loved the coin-op but this version almost had me throwing my joystick out the window. Why it never got a mention I don't know. I still say Golden Eye on ...

The castlevania game is pretty good although there's not really anything in it that pushes the ds features but it's a good sequel for the gba titles (you need to get those!). Then there's Star Wars Episode 3 which is a cracking 2d game and in opinion the best port of that game released and the mario...

Heh breath of fire 3 has already been re-released and with a 2 player feature :D . Have no idea if the feature is a true bonus yet as I haven't got around to buying it (I still have a mint ps1 copy). If the 2 player is decent then it's a shame the gba ports of 1 and 2 were missing it.Hopefully the 4...
