Only Played the DOS and NES version.

Will have to go with the NES because, unlike the DOS one, it's actually possible to complete without resorting to cheating.

Sudden difficulty spikes, such as the turbo tunnel in Battletoads. Stuff like that really annoys me and can ruin an otherwise enjoyable game.

Mine arrived today. I assumed it'd be giftwrapped inside its postage box, but when I opened it it wasn't. I had to close the box up real quick before I could see exactly what it was :P

My local Phyllis Tuckwell had a Japanese copy of Golden Axe III for 99p today. Got it home and it had Japanese Sonic the Hedgehog inside. Gutted!
