Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??

Shinobi, those are lovely S'Famicom games there. I've been collecting them lately myself, just bought myself another copy of Rockman X for only £12, (including P&P). I just think the boxes look far far better.

Re: Mankiest Second-Hand Game You've Ever Bought?

Found a copy of the original Zelda in a bin a few years back although it was actually in good condition although it did smell a bit. So thankful it didn't rain from the time the person threw it out to the time I found it.

Kirby Super Deluxe came today and boy it's just so god damn cute. I was seriously "awwwin" at the Mike enemy for like five minutes before I had the guts to kill it. I's be playing this for a long time <3

Re: POLL: Hardcore Retrogamer or Casual Retrogamer?

Hardcore to the bone. :P
While I do have newer consoles, they rarely take my time unless I buy a game I'm really into. (Like the Ratchet series or L4D nights).
It's just newer consoles just don't have that vibe, that love, that smell...

Re: What game have you COMPLETED this week

Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Even an annoying crash at Hill Top Zone didn't stop me re-starting again and beating it. (Yeah I could of used a cheat but it's not the same...)

Just about to start playing Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Armed with a brew, I'm sure I'll finish the game before I've finished my lovely hot beverage.

Re: First Game Ever Bought?

Flashback for the Mega Drive was the first game I bought when around seven when living in Bridgwater. I remember buying it, thinking "It's looks so good for an action game" and thinking it'll play like Streets of Rages or something. When I got home and popped it in, I was like so dissapointed. Altho...

Re: Games you forgot you own.

My dear mother was cleaning out the loft and found my boxed S'NES games that game with the console when I bought it at a car boot sale. Starfox, Street Fighter II and Donkey Kong Country.

And I can tell you I was a happy man.

Re: Photo's of your retro collection.

Most of my stuff is at home, (I'm currently at university so logging down all that stuff would of been silly). Anyway while at university I've turned a new leaf and started collecting S'Nes stuff. Tis what I got so far <3 That's quite a good start! :) Thanks! Just going to keep on going, picking up...

Re: Games You Disliked but Everyone Else Liked

I never really got into Minecraft. It is a good game and I believe the concept it something new but I just can't get into it. Mortal Kombat is another one, I used to like it as a child, but replaying it lately I'm seriously like...I had such low standards back then. And back when I was a Sega fanboy...
