Desparate help on the Amiga

Hi all I've got an A1200 with a 4GB flash disk on it with workbench version 40.42 (kickstart ver 39.106). Everything works fine and I can play games on it etc. However, I have some original game disks that are faulty (Def of the Crown, Last Ninja 3, Golden Path) and I'd like to try to either copy th...

I remember giving away my Emerson Arcadia (first console I ever had) and my VIC-20 (first computer I ever had). Biggest regret though is selling my boxed and mint condition Daggerfall complete with poster (and whatever else came in the box) which I had imported from the States. Still have the T-shir...

The Last Ninja on PSP - Where is it

I remember reading about this in RG some time back and it looked awesome. I'm a huge fan of the series so I was looking forward to it but its been ages now and I haven't seen or heard anything about it. Does anyone know what happened to it? Maybe the RG guys could shed some light on it since they in...

I'm not a big fan of them myself but if you bid your time you can find some excellent bargains. Picked Oblivion for PC for £8, Rogue Leader (GC) £5. Also some PS2 games for around £3 - £5. Just don't bother trading anything in or getting recently released games.

I never heard of it but it looks really good. Such a shame they didn't finish it.

Help with faulty X Arcade joystick

My X Arcade stick has died :( :( :( I know it's not the PS2 keyboard or the PC as I have tried a different KB and PC. I suspect it to be the system board but I don't know for sure. I've opened it up and everything looks normal although I did spot some white dust on the board where the chips slot in....

I very rarely buy a new game unless it's something I really really want. I don't see the point since I know that within a month or 2 it will be at least £10 cheaper (often more). When I do end up up getting it, I will look online. At this point I'm not fussed if it's new or second hand. It's a sill...

There were loads of moments in Doom 2 that made me jump. I remember walking along a lit corridor and I saw the switch in the distance. I press it and the lights go out and I hear a door open in the distance. I then turn around and there's like 10-15 pink imps that start attacking me   ...

I have been very lucky in recent months and I am greatful to everyone who gave me stuff. A friend was going travelling for a few months so she sold her house and in the clearout she gave me a Dreamcast, controllers etc as well as some games. One of them was a sealed copy of Rez :D I was also given a...

I found TIE Fighter and X-Wing (the Windows 95 versions from the Collectors' Edition) will run quite happily on XP so long as you set them to run in compatibility mode for Windows 95. Both are totally playable unless you turn on the 3D hardware option, which crashes. @ Sureshot: have you tried The ...

I'd love to have a Ghosts n Goblins cab. As well as either the Theater of Magic or Creature From the Black Lagoon pinball machines. More realistic though, I've been searching for years for a boxed copy of RAGS TO RICHES on the C64. It was a game I discovered purely by accident but its absolutely fab...

I can't believe no ones mentioned Astrosmash. That is far and away my fav game on the system. It's just so addictive and after a while you just fall into this trance like state while playing it. I was quite disappointed that RG did't even include a screen shot of it in their article :( I quite enjoy...
