SD Media launcher for Wii

Has anyone bought this yet and if so, whats it like? From reading snippets from other sites it sounds like you can play your emulators on it as well as Divx and AVI files. If it does what it says it does then this is great news indeed.

<-- Check my avatar. Finished Io more times than i can actually remember, my favourite game of all time on any platform; beautiful, rock hard unless you put the effort in to learn it and the sound is okay too! If it ends up in the book, i hope the name is right; Gamebase still insists it's called I...

Dreamcast Lightgun games

Does anyone know of any good DC lightgun games. I know of Confidential Mission but can't think of any others.

Re:

To be honest they should have ripped the Grandia fighting system off i think that would have fit in very well with it. Yeah, the Grandia 2 battle system was really good, better than the FFXII one. I totally agree. The tedious random battles is the one thing that I dislike of JRPG's. The Grandia 2 s...

I've only played for about an hour so can't judge it yet. The TV ads are very misleading. All they are showing is the cut scenes. The graphics are good but nothing like the ad. If you're not sure about it, have a look at Rogue Galaxy before you decide.

Super lucky find

A bit of bragging here but I just have to share the news. A work collegue is off travelling and she gave me a whole bunch of stuff. This included a DC with 2 controllers, lightgun, VMU and some games. Nothing too special in there but today she brought a few more things and what do I find in the bag....

I've had far too much college work to be playing for long periods, but I have been playing around with MAME a lot. The games I am currently playing are: - Rad Mobile - Outrun - Aero Fighters 1, 2 & 3 - Jurassic Park - Dungeons and Dragons: Shadow over Mystara - Dragon Blaze - Dragon Spirit - Dragon...

These days it mostly retro compilations or emulation on the PSP (including PSX games). However, I do play on the C64 and Dreamcast every month or so. I very rarely use emulation on the PC. When I have game day, then I will bring out a few more consoles so that the guys can try something different on...

I tried plugging it into my NTSC compliant video machine but the ports are split into left and right audio and then the yellow video. I used the yellow one but still got no image.

Re:

A few suggestions for you (many fairly obvious!): IO 3 of us. Not sure we should include the likes of Great Escape when the Speccy version was far superior. The C64 one is unbearably clunky. Not a fan of the C64 Ultimate games either - they just didn't have the polish of the Speccy games and didn't...
