Seen anything getting significantly more expensive?

From an Ebay perespective I mean. I paid £15 for Super Metroid a couple of years ago on a Buy It Now. These days I see loose carts fetching over £25 on auction. I'd be gutted if my 3DO packed up as I never see anything around that's close to the £40 I paid 18 months ago. C64 system with all extras c...

Re: Do you neglect any of your games systems?

My Wonderswan Colour never seems to see any action, which is surprising considering how much I like the version of Tetris for that system.

Hardly ever get my Dreamcast out unless it's to play Streetfighter III once in a blue moon. I can't help thinking its days are numbered.

Re: The Gameboy suprised me - yet again

Yes even though I personally don't take as much issue with the original gameboy screen as others might, I agree it can depend on the game. I remember excitedly opening up GB Turrican on my birthday in 1992, expecting the same kind of absorbing experience as I'd had on my C64. Turns out they were pol...

I have a Lynx 1 & 2 and have never had eye problems with either. My mrs played Shanghai for over an hour recently with no complaints.

Re: Best Mode 7 Games

My understanding of Mode 7 in my teenage years was simply that you could turn your on-screen car around and drive in the other direction without relying on polygon 10FPS graphics.

That was cool enough for me.

I always liked the choppy water in Agony on the Amiga. I wish I knew someone with a copy of that game..

Re: Playstation Vita games discussion thread

Lumines was certainly worth a tenner. Rayman is a brilliant game, really enjoying it.

Had a go on Gravity Rush, couldn't really get on with it. Not for me.
