Damn! wish I werent broke!! I remember my plastic 2600 (the one with the silver strip on it) going up in smoke due to a little too much Centipede. Plus my copy of Warlords wouldnt load.

Ok thanks, wont be much use to me then sadly, wonder if my dad has still got all my old mags in his loft, although I'm sure the missus would be annoyed if I took up THAT much more room in the house with my gaming stuff.

I love retro gaming because it allows me to play games that are instantly accesible, that dont require hours of sitting on my backside listening to some waffle to build a plot and because jumping on the head of something was the most lethal way of killing them, rather than todays headshot.

Do these scans include the Steve Key, Ed Lomas and Alex Huhtahla era of C&VG (around the time of the Dreamcast) as this is the magazine that really got me into gaming. Pity it went right down hill around the launch of the PS2.

I was only a young'un when they changed over to Walkers I believe, but I remember how strong the pickeld onion ones were, nowdys they taste bland.
