Re: From the forum issue 94

Wow, this is almost impossible to answer because I love them all. But "The Secret of Monkey Island" really took my heart away back in 1990. Pure gaming magic!

Re: Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition

I still haven't played HALO since I'm still in a kind of shock. In 1999/2000 it was one of those PC titles I was most looking forward to, and then suddenly Microsoft bought Bungie and the PC version was cancelled (until 2003). The previews looked amazing, especially graphics-wise. On the Xbox back i...

Re: From the forum Issue 93

I was loving my AMIGA back then but the awesomeness of CHRONO TRIGGER simply blew me away. It still is one of the most brilliant RPG's ever!

Re: So, who doesn't give a crap about Zelda?

I can see that they are very well crafted games but they simply do not hook me. At all.
I neither like the "cute" characters nor the look and feel of the games. The stories do not interest me and there's no sense of real danger.
Hate mode out.

Do you get the ZELDA love?

With the Zelda remake getting a whopping 98% in the latest issue of RG (and yes, other magazines are also as crazy about the game), I was wondering if I'm the only person on this planet that does not get the ZELDA love? I mean, I can see that they are brilliantly crafted games, yet they don't hook m...

Getting blisters from playing DECATHLON too much on the C64. :-)

Duke Nukem 3D still is a brilliant piece of software. Period.

Re: Official Feedback Issue 91

Great cover! And you made me a present with the making of "North&South"! :-D
Still don't get the Zelda love, though. 98% for the remake?

Re: Issue 89 Feedback thread

Have any international subs already received their mag? Mine still hasn't shown up, which can only be called ridiculously slow. I'm appalled by the horrible delivery times every single month . I really don't think that's a good way to treat subscribers, especially as we pay A LOT of extra money com...

Re: Issue 89 Feedback thread

Fantastic cover, guys! What a brilliant idea to feature all those different characters from the different C64 games! - I loved the "Collector's Guide" (again)! It's a great feature, and you can actually feel the C64 love. - Great mix of themes, with Ridge Racer, Street Fighter II, Resident Evil Gaid...

Re: From the Forum Issue 89

That's really difficult. I loved THE LAST NINJA, but was never that good at it. I was good at RALLY SPEEDWAY, though, the great-grandfather of MICRO MACHINES. I played WINTER GAMES, BUNDESLIGA MANAGER and UP'N DOWN to death and enjoyed the awesomeness of TURRICAN, WASTELAND, ULTIMA V, ARCHON and BUB...
