Re: Official Feedback Issue 98

After issue no. 97 which was a little underwhelming for me, this looks to be a new highlight. Beautiful cover and many interesting articles (for me), including making of's of "Metal Slug", "Alundra" and "Abe's Oddyssey", plus the Game Gear collector's guide.
Nice range of themes, too.

Re: From the Forum issue 99

Definitely the C64! Better games, great sounds thanks to the SID chip, nicer look. Yes, I like breadbins. :-D

Re: News Vs Old - Super Mario 64 Vs Super Mario 3D Land

Super Mario 64 was such a leap forward from Super Mario World that no Mario game I have played since has topped it. Maybe you can explain (shortly) why it was such a leap forward for you. Because for me, the step into 3D was actually a step backward, especially control-wise. And please don't get me...

Re: The Greatest Gaming Moments Of All Time

The final moments in "Monkey Island" with Guybrush and Elaine. Never again did I feel so touched by virtual characters.

Re: Hot Topic - Best Neo Geo Metal Slug

Well, they may be almost identical but I liked the third one the best. Don't ask why. :-)

Re: New Vs Old Gran Turismo Vs Gran Turismo 5

Well, GT5 still feels like the very first game. The best in the series is GT2, in my opinion, with its great variety of cars and tracks.

Re: News Vs Old - Super Mario 64 Vs Super Mario 3D Land

Commence verbal beating now, but I never really liked the 3D incarnations of the Mario games. The classic 2D Mario games are above and beyond the 3D Mario games, imho.

Re: From The Forum issue 98

Hmm, either Starglider II or Midwinter II or The Pawn. All really great games. I'll opt for Midwinter II: great mixture of strategy, action and adventure!

Re: Issue 100.

Issue 100 definitely needs a hit list, like "the 250 best games of all time".

Re: From the forum issue 96

I hate it when I'm late to the game... :(
Just watched the issue 96 preview, so I guess it's kinda too late for my answer, is it?

Ah, what the heck, the best Domark game is Nam 1965-1975. A great strategy game.
Shadowlands is a close second.

Wow. Finally a Final Fantasy VII feature...now even WITH Yoshinoi Kitase! Cannot wait!
Plus, I'm really excited about the "Top 25 C64 games". I love top lists!

Re: Issue 95 Official Feedback

The History of Resident Evil was a great feature, albeit missing (more & bigger) pictures and screenshots from the first three games, imho.

Featuring Bubble Bobble was a win-win situation, I guess. Great article!

Re: Hot Topic - Best Resident Evil Game

For me it's part two. Being able to play with either Leon or Claire in two different scenarios was totally brilliant. Thrilling atmosphere with the classic RE feeling (a thing lacking since part four) and a great soundtrack all make this a winner for me.
