Re: The Single Life!

Hmmm...dunno if I'd try this the first time I played a game, as I would definitely be annoyed if I died 30 hours into Fallout - New Vegas ....but it's definitely a nice way to approach some of my old faves I've already completed at least once, or games that only last a few hours anyway! I'll give th...

Re: Megadrive Obscure Classics

Well, here's some I used to love playing, but I'm not sure how obscure they are... Phelios - a vertical shooter Ballz - Surprisingly good little beat-em-up Vectorman 1 & 2 - Both pretty good platformers Gargoyles - Another platformer, based on a cartoon I think? Doom Troopers - Run 'n' gun fun!

Thanks! Yeah, I love Stranger's Wrath.....JSRF is a relatively new purchase though, so I haven't really played it all that much yet! Seems okay from what I've seen of it though....:)

Re: From the Forum question for issue 84

My Spectrum +2, which I somehow managed to receive 3 months before Christmas when my mum couldn't hide the fact she was carrying a large box off the bus when she arrived home one day..... To make sure I got it, I had bought a copy of a Speccy mag the day before...and then played the sympathy card, m...

Re: best in game oddities cheats and easter eggs

Here's a few Cheats and Easter Eggs I remember... In Colin McRae Rally on PS1, type "Nightrider" as your name and you can drive courses at night....and on certain roads that lead off the main track, if you drive up them a little, a UFO appears and zaps your car! :D In Legend Of Zelda - Ocarina Of Ti...

Re: Skyline Movie

So could this be a decent Alien invasion movie or is it going to be another Independance Day. Sorry, buddy, but if you don't like Independance Day then you don't like alien invasion movies. I love them by the way. I like alien invasion movies, but don't like over-hyped, cliched nonsense that you ca...
