Re: RE: Free Subscription Incentives

I was a subscriber several times over, but the last renewal I didn't really have time plus had a back log of about four issues I hadn't got round to reading. I've just subscribed with the controller offer and am very pleased with myself.

This is an excellent idea. Also, reader's problems, Sudoku and maybe a dot-to-dot.
Who would be the Agony Aunt for Reader's Problems?

Re: Word search or crossword

I only say it because I'm currently lying on a sun lounger in Tenerife and my two RG mags are finished and I've had to resort to doing the puzzles in my wife's Take a Break and Bella magazines

Word search or crossword

Dear Sirs - I would very much like to see a puzzle of some kind in future magazines. Obviously with a gaming theme. A cross word would be ideal. A simple wordsearch would equally suffice.

Regards

Mr Beret.

Oh great, NES games. It's like I haven't got them all several times over. Very underwhelming.

Re: Mini Sega Megadrive anyone?!

As it happens, the MD version of Sensible Soccer was released as a mini emulator box package (Cannon Fodder and Mega-Lo-Mania were bundled in as well) . I remember buying it in Woolworths back in 2007: https://segaretro.org/Arcade_Legends_Sensible_Soccer_Plus Yes, I have that, it's pretty good isn'...

Re: Mini Sega Megadrive anyone?!

How do games licences work for something like this? If it had more two player sports games (Sensi, Speedball, NHL etc) with two controllers i'd be much more inclined to get one. For me the lack of two players sports games on the Snes Mini meant i wasn't particularly interested.

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion

I think different games lend themselves better and worse to handheld and TV. I've been playing Resident Evil Revelations 2 on the TV (which i'm really enjoying) and Mario Kart in handheld mode. The Switch is everything I want in a console.

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion

Mario Kart online is brutal! I'm a Mario Kart player since the original release, but I can't keep up with this. Goddamit! You'll be at/near the front when all of a sudden you get taken out by a shell etc and before you know it you're right at the back! Are there any websites which do downloadable ar...
