Re: 2018/19 Football season chat

Absolutely fantastic result tonight with Ajax going to the Bernabéu and beating Real Madrid 4-1 to knock them out of the Champions League at the last 16 stages. To overturn a 1-2 deficit as well is absolutely brilliant. I bet RM are rueing the day they sold Ronaldo. It's also particularly funny that...

Re: What Films/TV Have you Watched Recently?

Isn't It Romantic.

Rebel Wilson plays a woman who hates Romcoms and then hits her head and wakes up in a cliched Romcom. It was OK but it's main source of laughs was by just repeating the cliches of Romcoms and wasn't satire enough to be really funny.

Assassin's Creed

That got progressively better - twice!
Genuinely interested as to how as I played the first two and found them to be so dull that I didn't even bother finishing number two.

Pogba had -1 points, I had him as my captain which meant I received -2 points.

Hilda - Bit like gravity falls, without the annoying and LOL RANDUM and more comfy

A new one is out?
I loved Hilda, thought it was a wonderful series.

The most recent season of Bojack was season five which was put on Netflix back in September.

That's the plan! Although I hope I don't have too many nasty ones to respond to! I'm all about peace :) You are posting retro gaming related material in the correct section of a retro gaming website, personally I see no problem with that and would just ignore anyone who may have one. There are othe...

Re: Game series that got progressively better

Legend of Zelda - Looking at just home console games the first game was fab for it's time (and still enjoyable now) whilst the second was slated (though I enjoyed it). That was followed up with A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask and then The Wind Waker. All absolutely fantastic games...

Liverpool back on top of the league, all is well. 8)
A shame about the three recent draws to cut the lead down to just a point. Only eleven games to go, it's getting tense.

Brendan Rodgers is suddenly back in the Premier League managing Leicester City. Neil Lennon has replaced him up at Celtic.

Is true detective any good ? My mate recommends it but still unsure. Might give it a go
I haven't watched it but from what I've read season one is supposed to be really good whilst season two is supposed to be very poor. I haven't read much about season three.

Slasher: Guilty Party AKA Slasher season two.

I quite like the programme. Each season is an eight episode anthology format about a group of people being killed off so it doesn't outstay it's welcome.

Today I found my first grey chest hair.

It was inevitable as the beard and hair have been going grey for a while now but that was to be expected. I'm just getting on now...

Re: What Films/TV Have you Watched Recently?

Russian Doll.

It was interesting and worth a watch but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. First two episodes were meh but it really clicked with episode three and it didn't explain stuff which I liked.

Re: 2018/19 Football season chat

Puel sacked as Leicester manager.

Man City win the League Cup on penalties beating Chelsea 4-3. Chelsea keeper Kepa Arrizabalaga refused to be substituted near the end of the match which is absolutely ridiculous.
