True. It has'nt aged half as well as, say, The New Zealand Story or Sonic.

Tbh, I never thought it would knock games like these off thier perch even though it was enjoyable.

It plays shoddy nowadays though.

I think its good to see younger gamers getting into the older systems.

Makes them appreciate good gameplay more. too many of the new games are nice to look at but shallow beneath.

Must be said. I grab around 3-4 hours per night on games.

I also seem to be playing more retro stuff these days. My unhealthy obsession with Bubble Bobble does'nt help either. :P

Its the SEGA one not the EA effort.

Does anyone remember Pac Man sweets?

I just wanted to know if anyone remembered the little candy Pac Man sweets that came out in the early to mid 80's? The packet was shaped like a maze and all the sweets (Ghosts and Pac man shapes) were in the center of the packet. The Idea was to guide the sweets through the maze to the base of the p...

I have to agree with you there. The best version was the game boy. I had the C64 version and although whilst fun, if you pulled down on the joystick the shapes would go straight down instead of speeding up. This meant that if you had'nt had the shape lined up properly, it could mess the whole gamepl...

This list would'nt be complete without Thalamus Awsome CREATURES for the C64. Aruond the time when the 8 bits were dying out, This comes out and shows The 16 bit owning public that the C64, when made to sit up and dance, can still pack a punch. And yes, I did purposley used to mess about on the tort...

Total travesy Worst game I ever did buy was Street Fighter 2 on my humble Commodore 64    I wasted £10 on an unp...

This was a cracking little utility :D

I once made a rude game where the main sprite was a penis with animated pubes firing sperm and I created a Megadrive for the Boss.

Pity my effort was a bit rubbish though
