As for a classic game that I think is rubbish? Gotta be Kick Off 2. SWOS is the king I'm afraid!
Good call. SWOS could still hold it's own today against the giants of Pro Evo and Fifa. :D

As for Paperboy, it was a game that most computers/consoles struggled with. The Spectrum version was good, but the C64 conversion was an atrocity, and I remember some grumbling about the NES attempt. :)
Did anyone else play the SHOCKING paperboy 2 on the SNES? :(

M.Bison - Best Megalomainiac dictator type in any game. Hard as nails too

Taitos cops from the chase games. - Put Miami Vice type cool on the gaming map long before GTA: Vice City came along

Sir Arthur ( Ghosts'n'Goblins) - The only character to run around in his boxers and still look great. 8)

Flying Shark - This is here because of it's disgusting difficulty level  PaperBoy - Yes. Feel free to want to lynch me, but the control of the ...

Yep. Has to be horizontal for me.

Games like R-Type, Parodius, Gradius and Armalyte seem more tactical than Vertical games.

I still like to have a blast on vertical shooters though with 1942 and Slap Fight being my fave Verts.

For me It has to be Mario...............Sonic games are great fun to play but they all feel the same whereas Mario games always seem fresh and origional.

The Bubble Bobble series kicks the backsides of both these games though :P

Must admit I'm glad I've got an XBox cos when I get round to buying Legends 2, It's gonna have Bubble Symphony on it. Well worth the asking price for that game alone methinks.

Looks like PS2 owners have come up short I'm afraid
