Re: Anyone else having problems with finances lately?

Any girl that requires more than the occasional Wetherspoons £2.99 lunch is way to high maintenance, dood!

Re: What Films Have you Watched Recently?

Yeah... it was like Fallout 3 vs Oblivion, so totally mental. We watched the dancing scene like "...what!" and from then on figured the film was goign to be pretty stupid, but at least it was kinda fun. Not exactly 28 days later, though.

Re: Good , Bad or Neutral

I always thought the moral decisions in Bioshock were way to basic, just like the ones in Fable. It's basically "Be a censored" or "Don't be a censored and get better stuff at the end of it", and it's so transparent and in your face it kinda ruins it for me. Now, Fallout 3 has you nuking an entire t...

Another "Blog" Post

Here's my blog .. I've been meaning to do something with it for a while but I haven't. I know there's not exactly a wealth of content, but I'm taking things slow and not being overly ambitious. I want to do video reviews eventually, but for now I'm just doing it for a bit of fun, dood. Any comments...

Re: IGN's top 25 consoles of all time

Really? I think the Internet caught on the in uk around 1998/1999... At least that's when people at School starting talking about it. I got in the summer of 1996, I believe, so the Dreamcast was pretty poised to capture that market two years later.

Re: Good , Bad or Neutral

I don't actually hesitate or have an moral dilemma over any choices I make in a videogame, think it's a bit worrying if anyone does tbh. Why should getting involved in the characters in a game and your percieved standing in a game world, good or bad, be worrying? Surely that level of immersion shou...

Re: £53 GS credit and left the shop empty-handed

To be fair, GBA is the same generation as the PS2, so it's not so much a case of 'going back' really?

I agree though dood, but I'd rather get a brilliant GBA than an outdated DS.

Re: IGN's top 25 consoles of all time

Agreed, it's the 'masses' thing you need to look at. Dreamcast online game was more prevalent than Stvd and many people think though, especially as you ran it through a dial-up connection so more or less everyone could get online quite easily. Almost all my Dreamcast friends at the time were playing...

Re: University...

We had a few .... chav ladies, and the king of all chavs in southampton in our corridor. He was actually alright himself, but his friends were assholes. You'd be woken up at 4am by some pikey guy shouting "Wake up you censored!!! wake up ehhhh boy! Bruv!!!" But that's all part of the experience... h...

I am again sorry for my outburst though, it's hard to explain without getting emo ;] Let's all go play Wisdom Tree games as a reminder that while religion may be good or bad or whatever, relgious retro games make ev...

Re: Anyone else having problems with finances lately?

I was on JSA for four weeks...then I got a temp job at Virgin Media. But that was back before the recession, dood! My girlfriend has been unemployed now for a few months, now. She hasn't tried the absolute hardest to get the bottom of the barrel jobs - that is, she wont work in a chicken factory or ...

Re: What Films Have you Watched Recently?

Let's see... Jurassic Park - 4/5 - I've seen it many times but my girlfriend of 19 had never seen it so I had to make her watch it. It's dated, but more so in the dialogue sense than the CGI sense. It's still awesome, dood. Transporter 3 - 4/5 - What can I say? I like cars and ladies and explosions ...

We can appreciate a beautiful sunset for what it is, awestruck at just how hard nature f**king rocks, science will always tell you though, its just an optical effect caused by gas. Why bother going outside to do that when I can appreciate a beautiful sunset in Oblivion thanks to the miracles of sci...

Would I like to have grown up like Stand By Me with walks through the wood and Stephen King as my dad? Yeah totally!

Does every American do that, then, dood?
