Re: For Sale: Fallout 4 on Xbox One and Wii U games

I didn't know there's a Trading Corner? I know 'Random Niceness' is still in off topic? I've used this thread in off topic before. That was 4 years ago though!

Re: Most challenging games

I wanted to find out what your most challenging games you have played and still haven't finished yet, for example Double Dragon on the Gameboy is still a challenge for me and can't quite finish it. Which are your most challenging and difficult games ? and what are the ones you have finally complete...

Dempsey and Makepeace, Hunter, Spender and Yellowthread Street, Manimal, Automan usually draw a few blanks expressions. Or nods of agreement and understanding whilst the eyes say 'What planet are you from'!

Loved TJ Hooker and Fall Guy.

Re: Gaming - New Year Resolutions

I'm going to reduce the amount of time I spend playing games like Clash of Clans and Xpert11. I tend to play these thinking I don't gave time to get into more involved games but the time I spend on these is significant!

I could've finished Yoshi's Wooly World and MK8 200cc by now!

Re: SNES left switched on

The only game I can remember leaving a machine switched on for was LCP on my c64. I left my wee digital friend on for a whole week. I had to cover the red light on top of the computer so that my parents wouldn't notice it was on over night! LCP didn't die. Just turned green and was very uncoop...

Re: Best of Epyx's The Games

I'm going for Winter Games On the c64. The Summer Games were great but not as unique as the Winter Games. A very close second is California Games on the Atari Lynx. A great combo of soft and hardware. Worth owning a Lynx for.

I'm with Thingonaspring, happy to be surprised or with anything loosely gadgety, geeky, gamey related.

Re: Best Nintendo Controller

I might have said N64 if I hadn't recently tried to use it. I used to love using this pad but all these years later it feels utterly wrong. SNES is comfy, robust and so simple to use so it almost got my vote. I've chosen the GameCube pad. It feels really good in my hands and works faultlessly. The W...

Re: Christmas Rituals

We always watch a Christmas movie on Christmas eve. It's a loose Christmas theme movie so things like Gremlins, Die Hard are as acceptable as Scrooged or It's a Wonderful Life. Christmas eve presents. Usually for the kids, new PJs, new teddy bear, a cartoon on dvd. It's nice to have traditions but t...
