Re: What are you currently playing?
I'm really enjoying Sky Force Reloaded. Sky Force Anniversary was a pleasant surprise when I discovered it. Reloaded has taken all that was good about Anniversary added some extras, inc new ships and powerups, that mix up the gameplay and really add to the experience. This game has that 'just one mo...

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 188
Really good to see Arcade Club in the mag. It's all I've had chance to read so far. Sorry, but I also want to raise the lack of Christmas cover. That old chestnut. Pun intended   I think further discussion is needed because this does indeed crop up most (every?) year. I totally agree with...

Re: From the forum: Issue 189 - Sonic Adventure
I didn't play until a few years ago and couldn't get on with it. Sonic just doesn't impress like he did in the Megadrive days. Shame really.

Thanks, Darren, I'll have a look at that issue.Darran@Retro Gamer wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2018 4:05 amWe've interviewed him in issue 100 about SOnic the hedgehog but that's about it. Nick would have a better idea as he writes all our sonic articles.

Yuji Naka
Has Yuji Naka been interviewed in the mag about his legacy and games he's been involved in? I'm sure I've read plenty about him over the years. Was he in the 'Legends' article? I had a quick look at the archive of RG contents but couldn't see what I was looking for. I have all the mags, 1 through to...

Lots of great games mentioned already that I could happily have in a list of 10. Here are a few more, that I enjoyed and still playing, that I don't think have been mentioned so far. All C64... BOTW for me too. Fabulous game.
Was Inside 2017? It feels like I played it quite a while ago. It's a great game and I'd also give it a nod in my GOTY.

I'm visiting on the 10th June for the first time. Cannot wait! So many great games to play and I hear there's a bar too! I wonder if this is what Belinda Carlisle meant when she sang about Heaven being a place on Earth....

Re: The NFL 'craze' of the mid 80s to early 90s
Hey! Yes, it has been a while! *blows dust from thread* I'm a bit out of touch since the end of the season. Jets had a good opportunity to get into the playoffs but couldn't quite pull it off. I wasn't too upset as it would've been a bonus to a pretty good season. Fitz did well for sure but he can't...

Re: Most and least durable controllers
SNES pads sure take a beating and keep on going. My 360 pads have never failed or even put an I/O wrong! So, I can't agree that these aren't durable. Same for my N64 pads too though I'm aware the sticks can be fragile. I suppose it depends on how much abuse the controllers get. I tend to look after ...

Re: Flying.....and censored my pants.
Ok, this year is my big 40 and so we have been booked on a flight to Malta in April. Thing is, if I had any say we would have gone by boat or coach as I am terrified of flying, a thing that has only become worse since becoming a parent. I know it makes no sense, I know flying is incredibly safe but...
