Re: What was your first online/network gaming experience?

Quake 2 was my first, well over 10 years ago. Still play it online to this day, even though I have dial-up whilst everyone else has better. Just call me Fred Flintstone.

Streets of Rage 2 was ace. I did lament at the time that it was not as intense as arcade Final Fight. However, playing FF on MAME today, with all of it's coin-grabbing cheapness, I think SoR2 did it just right. :)

Re: What's Your Greatest Multiplayer Victory?

This isn't particularly epic but it has stuck with me. I was playing Mario Kart DS over wifi with someone. I was behind early in the race and managed to pick up a red shell. For the entire race I deliberatly stayed just a short distance behind him, holding on to the shell. On the final lap, just as ...

Re: Transformers, Anything TFs go here

I was a big fan of the Transformers when I was a kid: I loved the cartoon and had about 20 or so of the G1 toys. I still get the very occasional TF toy, though I must admit my interest in them has waned quite a bit over the last couple of years. Oh BTW, my handle SpeedBreaker was taken from Japan's ...
