Tales of Symphonia without a doubt. By contrast, the Wii sequel doesn't look nearly as good. Does anyone know when this is coming out? Play say 6th Feb - never trust their dates :) It looks ok, the loss of the world map is not a problem but the dodgy wiimote controls probably will be. Wafting aroun...

Final Fantasy VIII is my favourite game of all time. By system it would probably be... PS1 - FFVIII PS2 - too close to call...Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria/Odin Sphere and my current game-on-the-go Persona 3 FES are probably the best I have played. Gamecube - Tales of Symphonia without a doubt. By co...

- Zeus from World Heroes 2: Jet (what a cheap S.O.B) - Dragon from World Heroes (stop shouting 'wooooo-hooooo!' FFS) - Ken Amada from Persona 3 - Magaki from KOFXI (Come and fight instead of standing over there and using projctiles) - Mizuchi from NeoGeo Battle Coliseum (same reason as above) - Mr R...

the ps2 games zombie hunters and zombie hunters 2 have been out here ages. get the second one, the first one's a bit crap. I was lead to believe that they are called Zombie Zone? Bloody hard to track down too being a 505 release - Lord I hate that publisher :x Anyway, I'd love to say that I'm above...

The second and third Mega Drive games aren't too bad- I actually really like III, which seems to be a love-it-or-hate-it type of game- but they don't hold the same nostalgic value for me... I still wonder why it was never released in the West. Poor reception in Japan or somethimg? I think it was re...

Like others, I played the three of them on the Megadrive Collection. Unlike everyone else though, I likes the third one the best out of the trilogy - just felt more playable and fair to me. On a side note, I've been meaning to get a copy of Golden Axe: The Duel or whatever it's called for the Saturn...

I quite liked World Heroes Jet :D Why do you think its crap? I like 2D fighters with a good combo system and cool characters. Not a fat Ghengis Khan with jerky animation and 2 hit combo's and a Bruce Lee rip-off who says 'woooohooo' constantly. The first one was funny, they should really have stopp...

I looked at the sticker - £26

Might've been worth it if it was SOR3 though

My local shops are full of filthy PS1 consoles dumped in curver boxes with a few wrecked games of no value whatsoever.

I have found some good things though; Complete copies of Sega Rally and Sonic R for £1.50 each for example. Needless to say, I bought them :D

Gamestation rarely check the discs on trade-ins in my experience. I've even taken games back to get exchanges because they were faulty and I didn't have to provide a receipt or anything. I noticed this started happening at my local GameStation at the same time that they got the disc-grinding machin...

Considering I only got my Saturn last year (really late I know) I still say that I really like it. I was brought up the Playstation so I missed out completely on what the Saturn had to offer.

Nothing valuable/rare as such but I was glad to get my copy of Toejam and Earl III for the xbox through the post today off of ebay. Paid little over a fiver for it. Incidentally, I haven't played the Mega Drive T&E games. Which is the best out of the three (inc. the xbox version)? I'm guessing it'll...

I've been asking about common issues with the DS on another thread; dead pixels are becoming the bane of my life - any idead (rough guess, anything) about the percentage of DS units with duff displays? Hard to tell. I know many of the launch DS's back in 2005 had dead pixel problems - got mine a we...

Just ordered Toejam and Earl III after giving it a go on an old Xbox Official Magazine demo that I (for some reason) had never even tried before. The demo played really well and was pretty funny so I'm looking forward to playing the real thing :)
