You are perfectly correct Antiriad2097 they are indeed retro titles but they have been repackaged for todays market so they are not new but are re-issues. The original release was the true retro title, which are not available first hand in Games Stores and if they are, they will most likely not be f...

We've had one on Infocom , Adventure International and Zenobi (I think). A feature on adventure games is perhaps too broad a request. Yes RG has covered these and a good article on Level 9 but this gaming genre is quite broad. I'm sure RG could cover the appeal of text adventures. Progression of gr...

Will we ever see a Text Adventure feature

I think a text adventure feature would be interesting. This is now becoming a forgotton area in retro gaming. It was like having an interactive book!

Defining Retro to me is something that is not currently available to buy in the shops first hand as it's not currently in-vogue with the general public. With the passage of time everything becomes Retro. Think back to a game that came out in 2000 in a few years time it will be 10 years old. Which is...

I found some classic c64 & Amiga games in charity shops over the last few years. I think they over price the older PC games though! Unfortunately, friends of mine have helped out in Charity shops and said that if anything rare or expensive looking arrives then the Manager or other paid staff members...

The Incredible Hulk..... David Banner never did find a cure did he throughout the television series? It did make the whole series rather pointless. I would have like to have seen him cured and not through death as in that tagged on TV movie.

I wouldn't say I got bullied in school. There were some verbal mickey taking but that was towards the final years. I'm glad that it DID happen though without sounding like a sadist as it's helped me deal with those type of people later in life. That being; & without being  or :oop...

Great film and quite dark for a kids rated film, with a terrific score by John Barry. This movie could never live up to Stars Wars but could more easily now benefit from a prequel by showing the events of Doctor Hans Reinhardt's take-over of USS Cygnus. If any big movie makers are reading it's a mon...

Can't believe there is a backlash against Outrun! The conversions yes, but the arcade original :? I guess you just had to be there in 86'

For me Robotron - have played it with dual sticks & it was to hard & unfair so never bothered with it again.
