Well done! From what I hear it's more difficult than ever now. In my day there was no written test for a start just flip cards where you had to say what the road signs were. And it costs more now too! How much is it? Think I paid about 25 quid for mine. So I welcome you to the world of Speed Cameras...

It was a great time in my life! Made loads of friends and hung out with some very interesting people.

I can't really describe what it was like. The best example I can come up with is for you to watch George Lucas's American Graffiti & set the music /fashions/cars etc in the mid 90's.

I agree there are some very talent people on that site like Skitz, Makke, Reyn Ouwehand, Chris Abbott to name but a few, and there are loads more I could name.. I'm just putting the finishing touches to my new remix at the moment too! It's Miami Dice by David Whittaker. It's been inspired by those 5...

It wasn't as bad as what I thought it could have been. For me though it just wasn't a Bond film. More like the Bourne meets Tombraider for my liking. The gun barrel sequence at the end? What was that all about? Judy Dench is not a patch on the original M - she's acts like Bonds mother! No gadgets gi...

Classic Gangster film. Think the remake will suck balls though! Why do we need one? The original was made at the right time just on the brink of Thatcherism. The only part of the film I can never get is the IRA storming the house at the beginning - who are those guys & that lad in the boozer getting...

Jet Set Willy's The Chapel screen. That hideous and surreal skull demon always gives me the creeps.

I'm 22, grew up with a NES (which I still own) and a Speccy. I love retro games as much (if not sometimes more) as today's games :) That's why I started this poll. All I just wanted to see if gamers under 30 still consider "yesterdays" games playable as it's a different experience for them in this ...

Me too, not really into polls but started this one to see if Retrogaming is indeed getting fashionable and to some extent playable with the under 29's.

Age range of todays retrogamers

I've been reading the profiles of the retrobates at the Retrogamer website and was suprised at the age ranges of retro gamers these days. I've introduced this poll to see which age range is currently retrogaming the most. If anyone complains that I haven't put in an option for the 40+ ages then I'll...

I enjoyed playing M1 Tank Platoon on the Amiga. When all the guns started firing on both sides, I felt like I was really in a tank battle.

Playing Cirqus Voltaire Pinball for the first time. It freaked me out when that sinister looking head arose from the play area floor and started making wise cracks at me something I was not expecting!
