Re: Codemasters hacked

Just had this email as well. There really needs to be a punishment dealt to the hackers to send messages not for these idots to keep breaking the law.

Re: The Wii U thread!

The console itself looks quite nice, the controller is just a miss-placed mess of a tablet/controller that looks like will give you cramp after a few minute play! Does not interest me at all at this point.

Re: E3

For me, E3 has gone pretty much as expected so far. Quite a week performance by Microsoft, which means my 2 Xbox 360's will be starved of even more exciting games. They pushed the Kinect stuff, and although I have a Kinect, the missess uses it far more than me so I really didn't get excited over tha...

To be fair, that could be said about most computers of the time!

Re: Shenmue: Almost 12 Years On... - "Let's get sweaty"!

I was looking around for Shenmue about 3 or 4 years ago as I didn't have it in my Dreamcast collection and had heard good things about it. I was lucky enough to pick it up in Cash Generators for £1.99 and I've been trying to get on with it ever since. I don't know what it is though, but I just can't...

A few Sega Saturn games. Tomb Raider (£3), Die Hard Trilogy (.50p - game only) and Bust-A-Move 2 Arcade Edition (£5.99).

Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??

Tomb Raider Legends (PS2) and Formula One 2003 (PS2) both .99p each in perfect condition.

Really enjoying going through Tomb Raider at the moment, and F1 2003 really is brilliant!

Re: your thoughts on resident evil

Never really loved the series that much. Did enjoy the first on Playstation 1 and the 4th on Wii. Res 5 remains unplayed so far. You have to play Resident Evil 5, it's really something special. Picked up the Gold edition for a fiver and wish I'd picked it up at launch now, it's really really good! ...

Re: Out of Tekken 1,2 and 3 which is your favourite? and why

Tekken 3 for me, it took the other two, added to them and made it one of the best beat-em-ups ever. I still play the Tekken games and Tekken 3 just stands out from the crowd for me.

Re: your thoughts on resident evil

I remember getting the first Resident Evil just after it was released. It was such a great experience and very unlike anything else much I had played up to that point. The graphics seemed brilliant at the time, the gun-play was different and exciting and the scarey and jumpy moments (those dogs thro...

Re: Your thoughts on...Gears of War

I've just completed Gears Of War, and was most unimpressed with the gameplay in general. As with all games, there are some parts that are enjoyable, but for the most I found it quite boring. Graphically it's nice, but the voice-acting is pure censored. I'm about to start Gears Of War 2 (picked them ...

Re: What's your favourite game in the Bubble Bobble series?

For me then, it would be the Master System version of Bubble Bobble, the Master System version of Rainbow Islands and the Dreamcast version of Bust-A-Move 4....
