This was also an Arcade game though the MAME version is very slow and buggy. So was the PS1 game a port? If so, how do they compare?

Just been playing Battlefield 3, it's ok I spose, but the missus has taken over the tv and is reading her magazine at the same time, I dunno.

I rarely ever play the same game twice to the end, there are exceptions of course. But I'm the same with books and dvd's. I mostly play newer games because of this but they're usually pre-owned.

I'll be giving my money to Sainsbury tomorrow, £25 for the game when buying a £25 PSN card.

To be honest there's a lot of sequals released this christmas and I've still yet to finish the previous games, I'm still going through Forza 3, Batman AA, Demon Souls, so it makes picking the ones I want easier. Skyrim, Battlefield 3, Zelda SS, they'll keep me going ... probably till next christmas.

A rather limited choice, still, outrun is the best of that lot. I used to love Power Drift though.

Game mechanics make me laugh the most, I used to love destroying opponents with the same well timed move on Pro Wrestling (sms), or a friend springging a trap laid in Spy vs Spy (sms). Recently Dead Island made me laugh with it's kick mechanic, I've had 4 or 5 zombies held at the mercy of my size 10...

I've just recently played the Final Fantasy games, I was quite surprised how similar 7 looks to a 16 bit game, 9 looks fantastic still though, especially on my Galaxy s II.

I just preordered Batman: Arkham City . I rarely buy games for their release nowadays, can't even remember when I preordered anything last... was probably Oblivion, back when it came out. If it's anything like Arkham Asylum I'm going to love ever second of it. Also there's a preorder bonus, a 1970s...

The only games I play on my phone are PS1 games, its a pity psx4DROID's a bit tempermental, the latest version would not work on my Galaxy s II, version 2 does but is very prone to crashing.

Touch screen controls are ok with Final Fantasy games but a pain in the arse for anything else.

You know my 3d Samsung is meant to have really bad lag (8ms in game mode), I have never ever noticed it, should I have? 8ms is brilliant performance in terms of lag, half-a-frame, as close to unoticeable as you will get from a flat screen. Do you mean 80ms? Which is pretty high but not as bad as so...
