Re: Resident Evil Revelations 3DS Trailer

Is this game related to Biohazard Gaiden on Game Boy Color? That one was also set on a ship, starring Barry Burton! Might this mark a great comeback?

Re: Policenauts 3DO patch?

To be fair, it's a pretty dull game having played the PS1 version. I have to agree with you, sadly. All expectations and suspense mounting up to the release of the patch aside, the game just couldn't deliver what a Snatcher sequel had promised. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice experience and all, ...

Re: Games that pushed a system to the limit

Street Fighter Alpha 2 on SNES is incredibly unnecessary but also impressive. It is more impressive than Alpha 3 on GBA, I know the GBA was handheld but it had much more power than the SNES. Capcom even put the intro into Alpha 2 SNES, they didn't have to do that and it might have helped the game i...

Side-scrolling beat 'em up with a samurai theme?

After playing "Knights of the Round" on SNES tonight, I was wondering if no company ever did such a game with a samurai theme? That'd be a great concept I'm sure. Of course there are the SNK fighting game series but they are still like "Street Fighter" and not like "Final Fight" or "Knights of the R...

Re: Name of a Game Boy game

Yeah, I have this game too. A real childhood classic. Like Mire Mare already said, very hard though, with all the jumps and stuff. I remember the artwork was pretty cool (might be the reason why I bought it in the first place) and the music too. I think I could never beat the level after the giant b...

Re: Twin Peaks

Besides Seinfeld, my favorite TV show of all time.

I can recommend the DVD sets, which feature great picture and sound quality.

Re: What are you currently playing?

Been playing the patched version of Policenauts. Of course the game is amazing but it had to be right  ? It's kind of odd playing the game after all these years of waiting for the translation. Major props go to the guys who did the translation. There is SO much (sometimes useless) text in the ...

Re: What are you currently playing?

Castlevania 3 Japanese version.

I'm kind of desperate because I'm stuck. This game is HARD.

Classic old school toughness: there are no checkpoints for ages. You need to be able to play this blindfolded.

Music is probably the most important aspect of a game to me, so I have lots of faves. Here's only a few. Obviously, some also have nostalgic value to them. I wonder why there is no Seinfeld SNES game. The early 90s were the exact right time for these kind of games (-> Home Improvement).

Best Thunder Force IV Weapon?

One of my all time faves, I've been playing Thunder Force IV again recently. All the different weapons are so amazing but which one is the best? And why?
