I`d like to see the following Compared:

Dropzone(atari 8-bit ver.running twice the speed of c64 ver.),Bounty bob strikes back,Spyhunter,Ghost chaser,Ballblazer,Mega apoc.,thrust,Battle and carrier command,skyfox,laser squad,lords of chaos.

Desert strike,Lynx had superb ver.(it could out sprite scale the snes,ran faster than an amiga 500)

as for green Beret?Again,atari version was 1st i had/played.Thought was tad poor.Then?after getting it on C64,few years later,KNEW we atari owners had been robbed(again!) :lol:

Star quake?Atari 8_bit ver.was 1st encounter i had with the game,few years later?i picked i up on the c64,was too young?or just Not intrested back tthen :lol: in How the 2 shaped up.Ahh,the heady innocence of youth eh?.now look at"us" 360 vs ps3 over a frame rate or texture mesh....Progress eh? :D

There Was(cue darth vader voice :lol: )ANOTHER version of Doom on the saturn,the JAP.ver.Was coded by someone Else,and is said to be vastly superior.Curious as the jap`s not the biggest fps fan`s,yet they get better ver.
