Re: wrestling

From this thread I've seen several of you have met wrestlers at comic cons etc. and I was wondering if any of you could help. When I go to Sheffield, it states I get a photo and autograph with those attending, and i was wondering if i take something for them to sign, or do they have pictures signed?...

Re: wrestling

Tbh I'm very suprised Knobbs wasn't named from the start because of his friendship with hogan. I'd love it if he was brought in. Not so much with Beefcake because there's something about him I just don't like. I've heard a lot of wrestlers saying how he only got a break purely because of his relati...

Anyone going to this? http://www.sheffieldarena.co.uk/whats-on/an-evening-with-hulk-hogan-5474 Booked this morning. Treated myself to a couple of decent seats and some upgrades. Would have gone all out VIP but the wife's coming and she doesn't like wrestling so she's not bothered about meeting anyo...

Re: NOW LOADING!!

Sony were sensible to move over to solid state memory cards for the Vita, following in Nintys footsteps. UMDs were a disaster - long loading, moving parts and laser which drained the battery, and the UMDs themselves were very flimsy (that plastic housing is fairly delicate). My PSP 2000 UMD drive i...

The word "cheeky". Gets right on my nerves.

Re: What grinds your gears ?

What is POF? Some sort of online dating by the sounds of it. I can't believe how many people on here use it TBH. Not a good site to use if you want a quicky My cousin would disagree. She's had quite a few rendezvous thanks to plenty of fish, several of which have led to the old "in out". She goes i...

Re: The Xbox 360 Appreciation Thread

I've had 2 360s. The first in 2007 purely because Skate came out and I just had to have it so went and bought one the day I found out that game existed. That one died in 2011 so an hour later I was home with a new one and that's what I use now. Personally I don't have any reason to upgrade to Xbox O...

Re: What grinds your gears ?

I became a dad last week so now I'm going to rant about people who park in parent and child spaces without any children :) Welcome to my world mate, it really fucks me off when people do this. My wife is due any day now with our second so I know just how you feel. This. I mentioned this to someone ...

Re: What Films/TV Have you Watched Recently?

After years or ignorance and disinterest I finally gave Breaking Bad a chance last week and after 3 episodes I was hooked. Just started Season 3 and really enjoying the evolution of the 2 main characters :) That show starts great and just gets better every episode. I was genuinely gutted when I fin...

Re: Greatest Mario Moments

My first go at Super Mario Land. Christmas Day 1991. One of the happiest memories of my life. Survivor Series 1988 on the video, fire on full whack and playing this game. First pulling of the feather trick on Ghost Valley 1 on SMK. Making the jump then power sliding round the tight corner is a great...

Re: What's your Tablet?

Ipad 3 here. Bought it in 2012 and couldn't live without it. It's official home is under the settee so when the wife has claimed the telly I can watch Netflix, YouTube, play games etc.
