Panzer Dragoon article was great, nice work on that. Such a shame it's one of those Sega series that will probably never come back again :(

Prey at the intro and GTA San Andreas have "made up" retro games in them. I think in Shemue you could plug in a megadrive in your house, but according to the year the games based in, they wern't even created yet! To be fair this isn't the only anachronism in Shenmue, given that there are Virtua Fig...

I just find it strange there are currently more Mega Drive games on there than SNES games (at least on the European VC)

Fable 2 I'm getting for the 360, other than that, not too sure games-wise. I'll be getting Sonic Unleashed (also for 360) when it first comes out as I'm that much of an optimistic die-hard Sonic fan, but at the same time don't want to wait until Xmas to be disappointed if it sucks :P

It's different yeah, but I wouldn't say it's worse. There's a heck of a lot more to do in Future, and more areas to explore. And what do you mean by "flabbier", just to ask? :P Sprawling levels with some ropey signposting, no time limit and a less involved graffiti mechanic. The first game was a bi...

Music is one of those elements that you don't realise the significance of until it's not there. Perhaps it helps the disconnection from reality that is required for proper suspension of disbelief. Quoted for truth ^^ Yeah, it's absolutely necessary for atmosphere, IMO. I personally can't stand peop...

Yeah, can't say I understand WH Smiths, the branch near me can never seem to decide if it wants to stock RG or not! Which is why I just started subscribing. It was the same thing with Gamestation as well, really don't understand it :?

IMO, the more recent Simpsons games haven't been too bad...well, Simpsons Wrestling excluded of course, that was pretty awful. :P Oh...and Skateboarding wasn't so great either...am I still making a good case here? :P But personally I liked Road Rage and Hit and Run. Yes, Road Rage is just a Crazy Ta...

I went back to Shenmue today. I'm really struggling to understand why this game is so loved. I'm onto the second disc looking for some flipping mirror  Its not a game for everybody, but I'd really recommend sticking with it. The first disc is quite slow, yeah, but you should be at the point w...

I think you'll have to be more specific. Are you in the middle of working at the harbor? And it's Mad Angels btw, not related to the infamous biking gang :P

Bit miffed that Collector's Corner was shrunk this issue, but other than that it was a damn good read. And I'm glad you guys are hopeful after playtesting Sonic Unleashed, as I really don't want to be disappointed by it (and I'm sure I speak for most fed up Sonic fans) Looking forward to the Panzer ...
