Re: Do you still subscribe/buy the mag ?

Retro gaming seemed like such a niche thing back then, I really didn't think it would have a big enough market in the UK to sustain a mag long term. I am exceedingly happy to be proven wrong. I maintain my subscription, even if I don't get the chance to read much, so at least I'm doing my bit to ke...

Re: What Films/TV Have you Watched Recently?

more true detective, started off slowly but really picked up the last couple of episodes, season finale tonight, should be good So what did you think of it? I watched it last night and, well, it felt a little rushed to me. I guess season three will be a completely different set of characters again....

Re: Forum/Section with topic per game?

Start threads about a particular game or machine, yes. They'll just be lost in the mass of non (retro) games threads... so won't get the response they could in a separate area. A whole new sub-forum, no. It's not as though there's a cost to creating a sub-forum to try it out. Why not give it a go? ...

Re: Forum/Section with topic per game?

Isn't 'All about the games' the place to have a thread about a particular game? I see no reason why we need a new section for it, just start a thread. Just about all the old threads still exist (a few were burned by rogue mods). We have a search function, using it on 'All about the games' should be...

Sub too. Couldn't imagine not having it every month!

I've usually got a few features to read in the last month, but can't resist flicking through the latest magazine as soon as it arrives.

Don't worry - I'm not sure if it'll cost you anything as they quickly need a lot more backers to make it :(

Yes, a new forum. Perhaps one for games (in mag or that you want to discuss) and another for features?

Re: Forum/Section with topic per game?

It'd be pretty cool if everyone was playing the same game at the same time and could compare notes. I think that's what the "Let's all play" section was, but it crashed and burned. I was aiming for something that was a useful resource: when the mag has just been released (and a game rises in popula...
