Re: Magazine sales

Check out parcel2go for good courier prices. the NMS lot though would likely need to be over a couple of boxes though, I ended up buying a full collection off a guy to get all the ones I was missing, and those came in a 2 or 3 huge boxes.

Re: Retro Gaming YouTube channels

I rather enjoy watching Alex's videos on the Nintendo Arcade, his arcade games room visits are great watching.

Re: Retro Gamer - Issue 160

Never too bothered about the cover, its whats inside that counts :D but if it brings in readership and folks buying the mag, then keep at it.

Love the hit squad article, how about a kixx one in the future!

Re: Discuss Time! Issue 161

No, as I prefer the originals which in most cases are still affordable and available. Saying that, things like the new NES would be a good way of introducing the brand/product to younger kids, as its new and HD etc so they might embrace it. Anything that generates love for retro is good.

Re: From The Forum issue 161 - Redesigned hardware

I am more concerned with reliability of the console/computer when getting a redesign, sometimes smaller does not mean better. I would think things that get smaller are more prone to overheating. In principle though I am all for it if it extends the life and games creation for a console/era. The GBA ...

Re: What did you buy at the carboot today ??

Nothing at my local one last weekend, did pick up an official Wii carry bag, turned out it had 3 game inside it (Tiger Woods Golf, Red Steel and Wii Sport) when I got home, not bad for £2. Bought 14 old G1 transformer figures (most missing parts) for £4.
